I create most caricatures from photos supplied by the customer, either through mail or email.  I require at least 2 good quality photos of the individual, preferably showing a 3/4 view of the face. Every caricature I create includes details about the person that make the drawing uniquely specific to the individual - the type of clothing they wear, 'props' that indicate their hobbies or work, or a pet.  My base rates for caricatures is as follows:

Black and white, 1 person         125.00

Color, 1 person      175.00

Additional value items

There are some requests that are more time-consuming and therefore I must add an additional fee:

       -- if more than one person to be caricatured

       -- if there is a detailed background with specific items requested

       -- if there is special or unusual equipment or a particular place setting in the drawing that I have to research or travel to take a photograph in order to draw. 

I can quote on these requests after we have discussed your caricature..  These prices are for creating the art only, it does not include framing or printing copies of the finished art.
